Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship orders from modgav.com to addresses in the 50 United States and to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. We do not ship outside the United States from modgav.com at this time.

Some larger items ship with carriers that cannot deliver to PO boxes. If your address does not work for your order, we will contact you before it ships.

Processing time

Orders ship from our warehouse in Texas within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Preorder items ship on or before the date shown on the product page.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive 2 to 5 business days after they ship. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated above or on the product page, we will email you with a new estimated ship date and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email metal@modgav.com right away. We cannot change the address after an order ships. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we will contact you. We can reship it at your cost, or refund the product price.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, tell us within 30 days of delivery. Email metal@modgav.com with your order number and photos of the product and the packaging. Keep the box until we resolve it. We will replace the damaged item at no cost to you.

Lost packages

If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will ship a replacement at no cost.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, check around your building and with neighbors, and allow one business day in case the carrier marked it early. Then email us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will open a claim with the carrier and contact you with the result.

Taxes

We collect sales tax at checkout where the law requires it. Orders shipped within the United States have no customs duties.
